Exhibition Packages
The exhibition at the Offshore Decommissioning Conference 2026 will open for bookings shortly.

Exhibitor Packages
All packages will be sold on a first come, first served basis and are subject to VAT
- Allocated space within the networking area to display promotional banner stand / pop-up, must be max 3m wide (or 2m wide for select stand numbers*), a table and seating
- One complimentary place at the conference including access to x2 drinks receptions, full conference and x2 evening dinners.
- Full catering provided throughout the conference
- One mention on OEUK LinkedIn account, followed by over 86k industry professionals
- Logo included on exhibition focused marketing emails
- Company listing on the conference website and app including; logo, company info, links to website and social media handles

- OEUK Member: £2,275 + VAT
- Non-member: £3,500 + VAT
2 x 2m stands*:
- OEUK Member: £1,775 + VAT
- Non-member: £3,000 + VAT
*Exhibition stands marked with * are 2 x 2m only. A floor plan will be available shortly.
