Ian Vigrass is the Well Engineering Team Lead for P&A in Shell UK. He has 16 years experience in Oil & Gas, across Discipline engineering and Wells. He has worked primarily North Sea projects in both UK and Dutch sectors. Having spent a period of career working offshore in execution roles, he is currently leading a team responsible for platform and subsea P&A campaigns in the UK. With having held roles in Performance & Planning teams, Ian is an advocate for continuous improvement and especially learning from the wider industry. Ian holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Cambridge University.
