Kishorn Port Limited (KPL) is a strategically located west coast infrastructure asset, positioned to capitalise on growing demand across the renewables, energy, and decommissioning sectors. The Phase 1a expansion has strengthened capacity and competitiveness, adding 9 hectares of new laydown space to the existing 45-hectare site, alongside a significantly enhanced dry dock (260m length, up to 160m width, 166m entrance), capable of supporting large-scale fabrication, assembly, and decommissioning activities.

Future growth includes Phase 1b, delivering a 150m quay with 12m depth and vessel capacity up to 300m. Phase 2 will further expand deepwater capabilities, including a ~500m quay with depths up to 20m, enabling next-generation offshore and decommissioning projects.
Supported by warehousing, wet storage, marine services, and on-site quarry and concrete batching, KPL provides an integrated, supply chain-efficient platform – positioning it as a key UK hub for offshore renewables and asset lifecycle services.
