Accommodation
The OEUK Offshore Decommissioning conference has exclusive use of the Fairmont Hotel, St Andrews.
Room Types
- Classic Room – £275 per night
- Deluxe Room – £340 per night
- Junior Suite – £430 per night
- Executive Suite – £590 per night
- Kingdom of Fife Suite – £550 per night
- Deluxe Manor Homes – £1,295 per night, based on four delegates. These homes include kitchen, dining area and living room areas.
All rates above are single occupancy and include breakfast. Rates will be subject to a 3% admin charge per night.
Dinner at the Fairmont is included on 23rd and 24th and lunch 24th and 25th as part of a conference pass.
Two Night Minimum Stay
Please note that there is a minimum two-night booking policy in place for all delegates.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment is made at the time of booking by credit card/debit card. Cheques, BACS and payment at the hotel on arrival is not accepted. Free cancellation until 23rd October.
Additional Nights
If you wish to arrive at the Fairmont earlier than the 23th November, or stay in the hotel after the event has taken place, additional nights can be booked for £285 per room on 22nd or 26th November 2026. Suite upgrades are not available for the additional nights, only standard rooms can be booked.
Additional Guests
All room prices given are for sole use, should you be bringing a spouse, please note this in the additional information and extra charges are payable on check in at the hotel.
Spa Treatments
We are pleased to offer Offshore Decommissioning Conference attendees a 25% discount on all pre-booked spa treatments that take place at any point within the duration of the event. Please email bookings@fusiongroupuk.co.uk to enquire.
